At Diamanté Cherubs, we dedicate ourselves to exquisite craftsmanship and quality in all our hand-made-to-order garments. We stand behind our products and hope you are always satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective product, we're here to help with a solution.

Eligible Returns

Our bespoke creations are crafted with care, specifically for each order. As such, we can only accept returns of products in the case of defects. If you believe your product is defective, please reach out to our Customer Support team within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, items must:

  • Have been purchased directly from www.diamante-cherubs.co.uk.

  • Be in the original packaging, complete with any accessories, tags, and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

Items will not be eligible for return in the case of:

  • Incorrect products purchased by the customer.

  • Products damaged through customer mishandling.

  • Returns made without the original receipt or with removed tags.

Diamanté Cherubs reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Initiating a Return for Defective Products

If you received a faulty garment, please Contact Us and provide the following information to start the return process:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Video or photo evidence of the faulty product

  • Complete delivery address

  • Contact telephone number

We may request a video or photo of the defective product to verify your claim.

Store Credit or Replacement

Upon verifying the product's defect, we do not offer refunds; instead, we provide the following:

  1. Replacement: We will craft and send a replacement garment free of charge. The replacement will be identical to the original order unless otherwise agreed upon.

  2. Store Credit: If you opt not to have a replacement, we can offer store credit for the amount of the original purchase, excluding any shipping fees, applicable for future orders.

Cancelling Orders

Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. If you received a defective item, please follow the process outlined above. The cost of returning the product to us, if necessary, is the customer's responsibility.
